Purchases and support

Book, music, gear and support links take you to outside services. Prices, availability, checkout, refunds and fees are governed by the relevant provider. Support payments are not described as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Affiliate links and partnerships

Some product links on linked storefronts may be affiliate links. If a purchase qualifies under that storefront’s program, the creator may earn a commission. Check the disclosures on the destination. A product link does not imply that its manufacturer sponsors this website.

Inquiries and training

A booking inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. Scope, availability, fees, permissions and other terms are agreed directly before a booking is confirmed. Fitness and mindset messages are general encouragement; choose activities appropriate to your ability and seek qualified guidance for unfamiliar training.
